How does your Affiliate Agent program work?

We have an exclusive database of homeowners throughout Florida that have very recently become delinquent on their mortgage payments and need assistance listing and selling their home, many times short-selling it due to the inherent and unfortunate discrepancies between loan amounts and values currently.  In many areas, we have homeowners that are already expecting your call.  We will assist you through the short-sale process through our partnership with an affiliated Real Estate Law Office and Title Company well-versed in closing short-sales.  Help your clients avert the financial issues and stress associated with foreclosure while growing your business now and in the future.

Do I need to join Elite Estates Realty or close my brokerage?

No, we will work with you in your current brokerage arrangement, on an affiliate basis.  Your local area will be exclusive, the warm leads will be completely exclusive to you, all in your geographical area.  Please let us know which municipalities you service and we will assist you through the entire process.
